Holiday Club Spa’s spacious and bright fitness centre has everything that is necessary for a full workout. Professional trainers are on hand to help you and answer all your questions regarding use of the equipment and how best to achieve for maximum results.
The gym has three sections:
-Cardio: outfitted with TechnoGym Excite and TechnoGym Wave running path,elliptical, stepper, and bike equipment.
-Power fitness, outfitted with TechnoGym Selection equipment.
-Free-weights, outfitted by TechnoGym with weights ranging from 1 kg to 32 kg,barbells, and various bench presses.
